Google adsense for publishers hit by an error.

Google adsense for publishers has been hit by an error that restricts publishers from logging in to their account. This is what the error reads:

Not Found

The requested URL %2Fadsense%2Fadsense%2Fnew was not found on this server.

Google has not yet informed it's publishers of this error and the way forward. Publisher are therefore stranded. 

However some users have turn to twitter to post their complains:
